Planned cooperation between Suki International and PGZ International

The two leading suppliers in the European DIY sector are planning to cooperate. The objective of the talks going on between the internationally operating Suki Group and the Dutch PGZ Holding is collaboration in the DIY sector at a european level. A pooling of volumes, an exchange of expertise in the pertinent product groups and know-how in purchasing, logistics and sales form the basis of a successful partnership.
This cooperation would be a strategic milestone for both companies. Together they are able to offer their european customers an even wider range of concepts and services. Finally also end-consumer could also benefit: Both Suki and PGZ supply product ranges which are fully geared to DIY customers’ needs and operate in a Europe-wide sales and logistics network.
Together, Suki International and PGZ Retail Concept distribute the following product groups: hardware, adhesive and fastening systems, hand tools, technical fittings and hinges, wood connectors, brushes and painting accessories, door and decorative fittings and gardening tools.
The group of Suki International, based in Landscheid (Germany) with branches in Austria, Netherlands, France, Italy, Poland and China, is one of the leading european DIY suppliers. The group is currently represented in more than 25 european countries. Suki International is a traditional company and has its strength in global sourcing, specialised small-part logistics and has a european-wide sales and merchandising network.
Feeder One (subsidiary of PGZ International) is a specialist in the finely meshed distribution and storage of key brands and private labels.
PGZ International is the holding company run by PGZ Retail Concept and Feeder One. As a result of several previous mergers and takeovers, the holding is currently the market leader in the Benelux countries and has its headquarters in Houten (NL). PGZ Retail Concept has branches in Houten (NL) and Wommelgem (B). Feeder One has its head office in Houten (NL) and its warehouse in Roden (NL).
